Most travelers head to Shkodër first. From Shkodër, you can take a shared 4x4 van (furgon) to Theth, which departs early in the morning (around 7:00–8:00 AM). The road is now paved, making it accessible for standard cars, but a high-clearance vehicle is still recommended for some side roads. The best option to get from Tirana Airport to Theth is to book a private airport transfer.
