What is the alternative route from Tirana to Korçë while the main road is closed?

With the Librazhd–Prrenjas axis shut down, there are currently two alternative routes — both significantly longer and more difficult:
Alternative 1 — Via Maliq–Lozhan–Moglicë–Gramsh (Official Diversion)
The Albanian Road Authority diverted traffic to the Maliq–Lozhan–Moglicë–Gramsh route. However, this road also has significant damage along its entire length. Korçë Police have confirmed that only small vehicles are permitted on the Lozhan road — no buses or trucks are allowed to pass. The retaining barriers have been deformed and there are active landslides of soil and rocks from the mountain slope.

Alternative 2 — Via Qafë Thanë–Pogradec (Longer but More Stable)
The Albanian Road Authority also suggests the route via Qafë Thanë–Pogradec–Korçë–Leskovik–Përmet–Tepelena as an alternative.
